Thought for the day…!
Journal on COVID-19 World crisis… 30th of March 2020
As the dynamics of the world is changing due to COVID-19… Our social conditionings have set us back into this incubation period… Here we are in reset mode and learning to adapt ourselves through our human evolution… As this COVID-19 crisis takes centre stage to dominate the world… It’s changing our daily lives… Through our mindset, we are having to put more emphasis on our conscious mind to navigate our sub-conscious thought patterns… We are adjusting through this calamity… We are using up more energy through this process to filter the information around us… Our energies will be depleted, and it may feel like we are using more than our 10% conscious mind… In this process we are exercising the mind simultaneously, while our external crisis unfolds – the mind is slowing and cohesively adapting…
In a matter of weeks, the dynamics of the world has changed… the economic and social structures are crumbling worldwide – most of the world has been put into lockdown and this beast has travelled far and wide… This crisis has flared anxiety in all people… it’s forced people to panic buy, alter how we survive… and socialise…? This beast has dragged our societies out of our comfort zone and made most of us vulnerable… We know where the problem comes from, but how can we cure it…? How can we go placebo and beyond…?
Self-discipline sounds boring and unethical in a modern world… but it is the remedy for curing anxiety, and this is a mechanism that can help us to be successful, independent and free…! Self-mastery comes from discipline… this biochemical machinery works in effortlessness when we can understand the needs of the anatomy… This can help us to break away from the old habits of our co-dependant and dependant behaviour patterns… During social distancing, we can’t depend on others for self-assurance… This is going to be challenging for all those narcissistic people that enjoy extracting the life out of others to survive on their own glory… It’s no longer about societies looking dumb and anxious about who’s going to crack the first joke to break the ice… When in an awkward environment… What happens to the anatomy when we are part of our emotional intelligence – allows us to be part of our atmosphere… Where we don’t feel absent from our life experiences… Through this drip injected dopamine feed, we are always chasing for the pursuit of happiness…! Therefore, we consciously learn to master this skill… I’ve never grown-up to be self-disciplined, I was too rebellious and always hated the idea of discipline, as it reduces the choices, we are open too… but this process exemplifies our freedom… It wasn’t something that I was taught, but it is something that I’ve adapted… When going through unstable times, we can win half the battle through self-discipline… Not knowing how COVID-19 crisis will evolve within our forward movement – will create a large amount of anxiety…? Practising, self-discipline can become a saviour for our survival… This is the base in learning how to control our anxiety…? This comes with how we learn to disciplined or condition the anatomy…? This is about how willing we are to give ourselves the right amount of compassion that we require to survive through this crisis…? What is self-discipline…? If used well this process can lead us into the alchemy of happiness… Self-discipline is the muscle of will that we require to set our goals and to achieve our accomplishments… If the path is of happiness, then the result is a successful one…! Self-discipline is part of our muscle of will and when we can ground our thoughts, we can reduce our anxiety… When we are left insecure from our external conditionings… We can plant our intentions and build our own intentions. Therefore, we are learning to let go of old habits and learning to work with our new structures that builds our efforts towards our self-mastery… This whole process can free us from isolation and anxiety…! It’s all about the commitment of the anatomy…! How we establish our own goals for our happy biochemicals will fulfil our emptiness…?
