Thought for the day…!
Journal on COVID-19 World crisis… 8th of May 2020
COVID-19 has taken many of us out of our comfort zone… As some resist through this process… What are the benefits of learning to adapt with the unfamiliar…? How can we grow and expand through this crisis, while we are learning to adapt through these new conditionings…? Within these uncertain times, we are learning to increase our emotional, mental and physical bandwidth and the capacity in how we deal with our day to day challenges…? What is the development of our breakdowns and breakthrough process – indicating…? Our physical challenges will always feel out of depth… Certain situations will trigger our wounds through our cellular memory… The deeper these wounds the more complicated these situations appear. The mind will open up the chains and entanglements of these uncertainties… Facing nostalgia and the pain of a wound(s) is traumatic… The fluctuation of anxiety will expand and magnify in the beginning… and we will resist the need to inspect… The reminder that anxiety will flare through an illusion and the muscle of will can support the wound is the comparison between these A to B transits…! Our comfort zone conditions and binds us to the constrains and confinements of our fear-based cellular memory… We refuse challenges and resist change… We prohibit the process of our emotional intelligence and start to build emotional walls to defend our stagnated thought process… We can find many reasons to survive within these stagnated thought patterns… But the spiral of these conditionings will eventually lead into a downfall projection… While repeated patterns keep us bound to these psychological barriers, new situations will resurface the same triggers… These situations will not alter until we can increase this emotional, mental and physical bandwidth… This may mean experiencing a realisation in how deeply a wound has been endured, by reviving an emotion, thought or experience…? However, once this thought has been acknowledged – we need to expand our bandwidth for the renewal of a breakthrough… The process of suffering is that our fear can only constrain and confine our thoughts and when we can expand our thoughts abstractly, we can provide ourselves with reasons to move forward from this fear-based cellular memory… In our comfort zone, we can be subject to a level of endurance that we are willing to accept because we feel this is our standpoint… By increasing the intake of pain this can expand our awareness… The brain is a muscle that needs to be utilised… It functions like a muscle…! Therefore, the breakdown can be considered a cause of suffering and a breakthrough can be considered a determination of healing – through the alchemy of our transformations…! Allowing the gravity of positivity to be the paramount state of our internal consciousness of happiness – is the key to success…!
COVID-19 is a crisis that has come instantly and has immediately begun to breakdown our old conditionings… The world has changed dramatically and in order to gain stability moving forward. We need to disengage with our comfort zone and start getting comfortable with the unfamiliar… Most alterations will come from how we recreate the fabric of our society… Other alterations will come through our own reflections… We are more than tissue and flesh – therefore, we are collectively moving out of these stagnated programmes and learning to re-programme the mind so we can adapt through these switches that keeps us moving through these A to B transits…
Therefore, we are learning to utilise the process of change… through this development… The alchemy of our transformation can lead us into the trajectory of joy and happiness… This expedition is about finding healing through old conditionings… whilst learning how to find comfort within our new conditionings… Who we are internally will shine externally through this biochemical machinery…? Meaning our stardust material can conform our social conditionings…! As we increase this bandwidth, we are learning how to deal with our bio-chemical reactions, so that we can expand into our emotional intelligence…?
